'Go back to the piano' is one of my regular resolutions for New Year and it is probably the one I regret most that I let slide every time in February, and I'm still not sitning on my sloppy, stab collection keyboard. I started to play piano at the age of 5 and stayed on my weekly lessons and daily work until I was fifteen and schoolwork and tests began to hit hard, at which point I stopped. In the years since then, I have made many marginal attempts to return to the attitude of the pianist. I dug into my old beginners piano books to find things I really wanted to play, and drove my brother nuts through a simplistic version of 'Prince Ali' on Saturday mornings time and time again. I've already had some classes. But the commitment I had as a kid couldn't get back. PIANO BOOC FOR ADULT FERRANTE NewcomersThis Book and Video Course would be the ideal road to piano if hearing music is not up to you (and it doesn't have to be – Elvis Presley, Jimi Hendrix, and without it the four Beatles are well managed). Ferrante gives step by Schritt directions that help you get to know everything from Greensleeves to Entertainer, backed up with videos you can watch. POP Music for children by the agentsThis book is enjoyed by Taylor Swift, One Direction and Katy Perry fans, offering easy interpretations of the most well-known songs with their idols. Do not be slowed by the title 'for the girls' – this is an excellent tool for any generation.
Anonymous teams also draft piano books for students, and those written by individuals have no variety. But books are not the only way to introduce yourself to the piano. There are several great YouTube channels that help you learn the basics of this wonderful tool. From the beginning Piano Lesson with Warren will lead you to medical problems such as performance anxiety (learning the keys themselves). Jatin Swaroop has made several videos for piano lessons as well as breakups of common and classical music, while Brandon Hawksley has spent his first year of piano studying – a strong motivation for someone who wants to know when they started.
